When To Use Us

If you have an existing concept that has not been through a validation process, you should call us. If you have a vision for a certain service line change, or new implementation, you should call us. If you are in the midst of a project that you feel has not headed in the appropriate direction and need to bring it in line with cost and timeline deliverables, you should call us. If you have a completed service line that is falling short of its business plan deliverables with regards to initial ROI, or projected growth, you should call us.

TMS is the type of resource group that will identify only those services that have total viability. It is our goal to utilize as much “organic” components within your system as possible. We are about eliminating costs, not duplicating them
.

At The Beginning
TMS can aid in analyzing the current environment, from an ‘outside,’ national viewpoint, and help develop a conceptual design and budget. We can make assessments to determine true needs that deliver ROI, and avoid wants that just consume valuable capital. If we can take the appropriate time at this stage of the vision, and create strong, viable budget projections, it will provide for the best possible launching pad.

Under Construction
TMS can help save time and money with our management expertise. The entire TMS team has vast experience in creating project tracking and accountabilities to safe guard the budgets. It is critical to keep as many watchful eyes, with various skill sets, engaged in this area. Whether it is a major, or minor, cost issue, it requires validation and accountability. There are too many times that each cost overrun is not given the full attention it needs. This can lead to a much larger figure if not closely monitored.

End of Project
TMS can manage the ongoing operations of a retail facility, support the opening of other similar facilities, and help develop a long-range plan to update the projects. There are examples of great planning of how it should look, that will take the project only through to the construction phase. The need for careful, long term planning as to how it will function is becoming more and more critical. We can build the most fantastic structure in the community, but if the daily function impact on the ROI is not fully considered, it will not realize the true potential.

John Johnson has stated that “The true test of a project is not solely in its appearance, but how it delivers on its purpose”. If we miss the long term goal of the project, we have not been responsible in our spending.
