However, there are a few things that are the same with all major religions---like basic ethics. Murder, rape, stealing and lying are pretty much universally condemned. There is a bit more diversity, even on the surface, than most people realize. But when one looks beneath the surface and looks at the foundation of the belief system, that's when the huge contradictions emerge.

The difference between Hinduism and Judaism, for instance, is their view of God. A pantheistic Hindu believes that all is God. There is no God outside the world who created it. You and I are God. Pain and suffering are just an illusion like we've talked about before.
