We need to be fiscally responsible at even the most basic steps. This will include the need not to duplicate processes which add cost. We will hold each vendor in this phase responsible for their specific scope and deliverables. This will require constant communication and accountabilities amongst the entire team, which are the strongest skill sets for the entire TMS team.

Check And Double Check
Every stakeholder must have the opportunity to validate their needs are being represented in the design of the project. If this does not occur, with reasonable timelines, then the project has the potential of being redesigned, which equals added cost. This process takes patience and good guidance to assist each person to see the space all the way through to completion and function.
