If a religious teacher made the kinds of claims that Jesus did about Himself and you thought he was wrong, would you recommend people come and listen to His other "wonderful" teachings? Would you really call Him a good teacher and prophet?
Just because someone is sincere, that doesn't mean their view is right. We ought to be kind and tolerant and respectful to all people, but we must reject falsehood and seek the truth. The big question is, "Who do you think Jesus is -- what is the evidence for or against 'the case for Christ'"? His resurrection offers real proof of the validity of His extraordinary claims.
