You can imagine the reaction of the chief upon seeing a big, noisy bird flying overhead and a piece of paper falling down. He picked it up and carried it with him until one day, on a trading expedition, somebody who knew Spanish and also knew his dialect read him the story about Jesus Christ. He took the good news back to his village, and years later when some missionaries finally came to his jungle village, they found a group of primitive people who had already become believers in Christ. This simply illustrates God's fulfilling His obligation to get the message to anyone who truly seeks based on the information he or she has. |
