The reporting aspect of the IT applications will tell us what, who and where is being productive towards the overall ROI within the Business Plan. We will be able to read the information to allow for less waste as “trigger points” become more definable. We can make product mix changes, hours of operation modifications, etc. based on the data we retrieve.
