We can read the identifying
number and provide interpretive reports
|
|
All of our basic service elements stem from the primary
procedure of reading the identifying number on each individual
token. Depending upon your application and requirements, these
numbers are read and evaluated at different times, for different
purposes. Sorting and batching of tokens, as well as the evaluation
and reporting of collected data, are extensions of this basic
reading procedure.
READING
AND REPORTING
Inbound:
Depending upon your particular setup, inbound tokens (i.e.,
tokens which are being redeemed in your facility) are either
1) set aside in a designated container or 2) deposited into
a secure token collection unit by your redemption personnel.
At regularly scheduled intervals, the numbers on collected
tokens are read by a member of our staff, either in person
or via a secure communications link.
Equipment
options
Collected tokens whose numbers have already been read, are
bagged, marked and set aside. They are now available for reassignment.
Outbound:
Tokens are batched for their next destination, and their numbers
assigned to their current task. If necessary or desired for
inventory, accounting or other purposes, outbound tokens may
be read again before distribution.
Reporting:
At every step in the reading process, lists of collected numbers
are available (hard copy and/or computer file) and may be
provided to you at regular intervals, by project, or at other
appropriate times, or by special request, depending upon your
specific requirements.
CONTROL
Files containing information about the location of each individual
token are maintained at all times. Token inventory can be
verified as required, for internal control purposes, by scheduling
an on-site service call.
By repeating the basic reading procedure, the actual location
of each token is checked against its presumed location, and
the results reported to you for comparison to previous records.
The data contained in these reports can also be sorted at
your discretion, in order to determine which tokens are assigned
to which project, how many are currently active, etc.
This method of inventory control also minimizes employee-related
concerns, and can provide valuable information for controlling
or adjusting the flow of tokens to distribution sources.
DISTRIBUTION
We can provide services to assist in distribution/collection
of tokens at vending and redemption locations, and its associated
tasks (bagging, marking, tagging, etc.) If you would like
to distribute tokens as handouts at special events, conventions,
etc. we can provide on-site Just A Token personnel to assist
you, as well as providing exceptional display materials for
fixed exhibits, information booths, etc.
TRACKING
Should you decide utilize the tracking capabilities of Just
A Token, now or in the future, we will collect and compile
data from readings, according to your requirements, and provide
you with interpretive figures and statistics for your consideration
and evaluation.
