The first survey was distributed in the first part of May as a staff only response. We wanted to capture staff specific data and communicate the value that comes from their individual feedback. What follows is a condensed version of those findings.
We wanted to determine the key factors for the staff needing to leave campus during their work day to access specific needs for services. There were very weighted responses that spoke to the need for food choice, stress relief and home needs.
It is important to keep it brief, but productive. The design of the survey requires full response to questions to ensure a consistent level of feedback.

Providing The Best Return
It is important to know the full scope of capabilities for growth and positive community impact. By looking to certain demographical indicators, we can determine what efforts and which offerings will provide the best return.
